Unleash Peak Health

I’m a Registered Dietitian, endurance athlete, and running coach who believes nutrition should help people feel stronger, healthier, and more connected to what their bodies are capable of.

Movement and sports have always been a huge part of my life, and that passion naturally evolved into a career focused on helping others improve their health and performance through nutrition. I’m currently training for my 12th marathon and have spent years working with runners, active individuals, and patients navigating everything from performance goals to complex medical recovery.

At Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, where I serve as Clinical Dieitian. I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside individuals recovering from spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, Pediatric Adaptive Athletes and other life-changing conditions. That experience has deepened my respect for the resilience of the human body and reinforced my belief that nutrition plays a powerful role not only in athletic performance, but also in recovery, longevity, confidence, and quality of life.

As a CARA run coach and lifelong athlete, I understand firsthand the demands training places on the body and how overwhelming nutrition advice can sometimes feel. My approach is practical, evidence-based, and individualized. Whether you’re training for your first race, trying to improve recovery, or simply looking to build healthier habits, my goal is to help you create a sustainable approach that actually fits your life.
